PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for threading yarn to a vertical yarn-inserting member in a three dimensional loom by providing a vertical yarn guide and making the vertical yarn-inserting member surely beat. SOLUTION: The vertical yarn-inserting apparatus in a three dimensional loom comprises upper vertical yarn-inserting members which insert a vertical yarn from above warps guided before weaving and a bias yarn, and lower vertically yarn threading members which insert the vertical yarn from below the warps and the bias yarn; and plural upper vertical yarn-inserting members and plural lower vertical yarn-inserting members are arranged alternately along the width direction. In the apparatus, each of the upper and lower vertical yarn inserting members 1 comprises a pair of thin plates 2 and 2, spacers 3 and 4 placed between the thin plates, and guide roller 5, 6 and 7. Further, a vertical yarn track 8 is formed between the pair of the thin plates.
