PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber sheet such as a woven fabric, a knitted fabric or a nonwoven fabric composed of synthetic fibers, preventing sticking of dry foulings such as earth and sand, floating dust or smoke and oily foulings facilitating the removal of the stuck foulings by washing, improving durability and suitable for products used in and outside a house such as a curtain, a tapestry, a hanging screen, a flag, a wallpaper or a Fusuma paper. SOLUTION: A substrate film 12 comprising a fluorine-based resin is formed on the surface of constituent fibers of the fiber sheet 11 composed of the synthetic fibers and a transparent outer surface film 13 composed of ceramics consisting essentially of SiO2 is then formed on the substrate film 12 by physical vapor deposition.
