PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-hardness crosslinked product without bleeding, having a slight environmental fluctuation in volume resistivity values, excellent in electrical uniformity and having a volume resistivity value in a middle resistance region. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component comprising (A1) 40-90 wt.% of an epihalohydrin-based rubber having 20-200 Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) and (A2) 60-10 wt.% of a low-molecular weight epihalohydrin-based polymer having 0.01-0.5ηsp/C and (B) 10-250 pts.wt. of a carbon black having 90-560 nm average particle diameter and 5-20 m2/g specific surface area. The cross-linked product is obtained by cross-linking the rubber composition.
