Potassium and/or sodium humates are mixed in solid phase with components containing trace minerals. Resulting mix is subjected to mechanochemical activation followed by treatment with potassium permanganate and potassium carbonate. Trace minerals are contained in complex fertilizers in the form of soluble complexes (chelates) with humin acids.
