PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional technology, oil fouling is peeled/removed by refrigeration and external force such as hammering, therefore reuse the removed oil components is difficult, and the conditions on refrigeration/solidification is not clean, and to provide a method for recycling the crushed resin and crushed metal of a plated product. SOLUTION: In a method for treating the plated product, the plated product composed of a resin and metal plating is immersed/frozen in liquid nitrogen of about -150 deg.C to -200 deg.C for about 1.5-5 min, the resin and the metal plating are peeled by the refrigeration/solidification of the plated product and the difference in contraction ratio between the resin and the metal plating, and impact is applied the frozen/solidified product to be separated into the resin and the metal plating. Through the peeling/removing of the metal plating from the plated product, the crushed resin and the crushed metal plating are produced surely and easily in a shape and a particle size to be recycled.
