PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and easily perform partial coating of an article to be coated and to make a machine body compact. SOLUTION: The liquid level of a coating material (A) in a coating vessel (1) is controlled to make it constant by connecting the coating vessel (1) to tightly closed secondary tank (2), to which the coating material is replenished from an opening type primary tank (3), with a replenishing pipe (20) and an air flow-in pipe (21).
