PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the problem that a rice planting machine equipped with a puddling rotor in front of the float thereby performing simultaneously the puddling work and the rice-planting work has been known, but the conventional puddling rotor has been set higher than the upper edge of the front face of the float and the mud is splashed on the upper face of the float whereby the float is inhibited from leveling the ground because the splashed mud is accumulated on the float. SOLUTION: A land-leveling rotor 20 that is forcibly rotary-driven around the transverse shaft axis is arranged in front of the float 15L for leveling the face to be planted and the land-leveling rotor 20 is set lower than the upper edge of the front face of the float 15L.
