PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a twin-screw extruder which can prevent bending so that the mixing of metal powder into a treatment substance by the contact between an extruder cylinder and a screw is prevented and can produce a kneaded substance of good quality. SOLUTION: In the twin-screw extruder in which twin screws 2 are rotated to knead and discharge the treatment substance, the ratio D/d between the outside diameter D of the screws 2 and the channel bottom diameter d of the screws 2 is adjusted to be 1.30-1.10. |
