PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand press providing a spot welding mark of good external appearance to a joined part after repairing a vehicle and capable of operating in hand held. SOLUTION: The press is provided with a pair of arms 2 which are arranged with one of operating lever 4 and has a opening part 3 to be put into a joining part of a vehicle sheet metal, a punch 5 and a die 6, which are arranged to the opening part 3 of the arm 2, are abutted on the joining part of the vehicle sheet metal and form a spot welding mark, and a power link mechanism 7 having the other operating lever 74 to drive the punch 5 in power magnification.
