SOLUTION: In an electrochemically antifouling plate using a direct electron transfer reaction between an aquatic organism and the conductive base material, fitting seats for fitting the base material and the counter electrode to be coupled with the base material to a wall, etc., and the boundary part between the metal block to be dissolved by the action of potential and a wiring connection part for supplying the potential are coated with a antifouling coating.
