PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tag sheet and its manufacturing method having large wet strength and alkali resistance strength, usable for laundry and dry cleaning, and generating no formaldehyde at machining and in use. SOLUTION: A cationic thermosetting resin of 1-10 pts.wt. is contained in pulp of 100 pts.wt. to form the cleaning tag sheet, or the slurry containing the cationic thermosetting resin of 1-10 pts.wt. in the pulp of 100 pts.wt. is formed into paper and dried at 100-180 deg.C to obtain the cleaning tag sheet, or a pulp sheet is coated with a cationic thermosetting resin solution of 1-20 g/m2 as a nonvolatile component and dried at 100-180 deg.C C in the manufacturing methods for the cleaning tag sheet.
