PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring a circumferential variation of a rim-assembled tire bead part in bead fitting conditions capable of automatically and quickly measuring a circumferential variation of a rim-assembled tire bead part in bead fitting conditions. SOLUTION: Laser beam L emitted from a light emitting part 36 is irradiated on a surface of a bead part 32 through a first light emitting hole 18 formed on a rim flange part 12. The laser beam L irradiated on the surface of the bead part 32 is reflected and is received at a light receiving part 38 via the first light emitting hole 18 and a second light emitting hole 28. Then, a circumferential variation according to a bead fitting condition of the bead part 32 is measured. Circumferential variations according to bead fitting conditions of the bead part 32 of the rim-assembled tire 30, thereby can be automatically and quickly measured by using a laser type displacement meter 34.
