PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headword displaying by which anyone can easily and rapidly look up a headword. SOLUTION: In the headword displaying of the present invention, in a book in which headwords are arranged based on the alphabet table or a definite arranging order of letters, the alphabet table is inscribed on the outside on a page where the headwords are described and among the letters displayed on the alphabet table, the letter corresponding to at least the first letter of the headword decribed on the page is displayed so as to be able to discriminate it from other letters.
