PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-permeable film for an absorbent article, in which in a pore-opening film used as the surface sheet of a sanitary napkin or the like, the surface is not modified and therefor a sticky feeling on the skin remains and vapor is easily retained and decrease of a stuffy feeling is limited. SOLUTION: Linear flaws 14 are formed on the surface of a pore-opening film, in which fillers 13 are mixed in the inner part. Protrudent parts 14a of a resin such as a thin film shape, a minute projection shape and a minute fibrous shape are formed in the edge parts of the linear flaws 14. The surface of the film is modified by providing the protrudent parts 14a and a touch to the skin is soft and both a sticky feeling and a stuffy feeling are difficult to be caused.
