PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a polyurethane mold of a desired shape by a simple apparatus (means) and to facilitate demolding after molding. SOLUTION: A mold 10 having a shape reverse to that of an article (bumper 15) to be molded is prepared, and a polyol and an isocyanate compound are introduced from separate tanks into a spray gun 13 through a conduit tube 12 while being heated and applied repeatedly on the surface of the mold 10 while being mixed in the spray gun 13 to mold the article (bumper 15) having a desired wall thickness.
