PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and lowering operation structure for a reaping and transporting part of a combined harvester, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and a maintenance cost and facilitating a maintenance. SOLUTION: In this lifting and lowering operation structure for a reaping and transporting part of a combined harvester in which the reaping and transporting part 3 is connected liftably and shakably around a shaft center P1 in the right and left direction to the front part of a traveling machine body 2, the lifting and lowering operation structure is equipped with a screw shaft 78 installed in a changeable position between the traveling machine body 2 and the reaping and transporting part 3 and a female screw member 81 to be screwed to the screw shaft 78, with a lifting and lowering operation mechanism 82 for lifting and lowering and rocking the reaping and transporting part 3 by normal and reverse rotation of the screw shaft 78 or the female screw member 8, with a clutch 62 for interrupting transmission to the screw shaft 78 or the female screw member 81 and with a machine type a linkage mechanism 98 for changing the clutch 62 from a transmission state to a disengaged state in linking to the reach of the reaping and transporting part 3 to the upper limit position between the reaping and transporting part 3 and the clutch 62.
