PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic apparatus equipped with proper adjustability for the service positioning of a display panel. SOLUTION: When a slide motor is rotatively driver, the display panel 1 makes sliding toward the front face of the body 3-see Fig. (a). When the position shown in (b) is reached, the slide motor stops. The a tilt motor starts rotating, and the display panel 1 makes tilting round the axis of an arm 21-see (c). With rotation of the tilt motor, the display panel 1 continues tilting and rotates to the position perpendicularly intersecting the arm 21-see (d). If rotation attains this position, the tilting motion is ended, which is followed by changing-over into the sliding motion, and the display panel 1 makes sliding in the direction of an arrow mark while it is positioned perpendicularly intersecting the arm 21-see (e).
