SOLUTION: In this skin scraper for the Welsh onions, right and left nozzles 3, 4 are vertically disposed on the right and left sides of a position P for scraping off the skin of the Welsh onion N, and an upper nozzle 5 is disposed at an upper position. The upper nozzle 5 can be escaped above the position P with an air cylinder 6. When the upper nozzle 5 is escaped at the upper position, the Welsh onion N is set to the position P.
