PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sorting activity of paper sheets or the like by enabling VCS keying results to be obtained even when identification information cannot be obtained by the file of the VCS keying results caused by a time difference with a batch processing of TRPC. SOLUTION: When the identification information is not obtained from the file of the VCS keying results generated by a batch processing by TRPC, the VCS keying results are judged based on the information stored in an online I/FPC.
