PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating and heating cabinet for a vehicle capable of being housed in a console box, having contents freely taken out and put in, being used as an ordinary container and reducing in cost when used as a refrigerating and heating cabinet. SOLUTION: This refrigerating and heating cabinet structure 1 of a vehicle is provided on a console box part 2 of driver seat or the like in a passenger compartment and includes a in-box tray 3 storing an article to be cooled or heated, heat insulator 15 inserted inside of a side surface and bottom surface of the tray 3, and a temperature control means keeping temperature in the box regular. An air flow opening 17 introducing air from a duct 11 of an air conditioner is provided in the tray 3 and a through hole 19 passing through the tray 3, heat insulator 15 and a console box part 2 is provided at a position corresponding to the air flow opening 17 in the tray 3, and the through hole 19 can be sealed by inserting a screw with a cover 7 in the through hole 19.
