PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety at a run-flat travel. SOLUTION: An annular air bladder 2 expandable at a puncture is incorporated on the inside of a tire 1 provided with a tread section 4, a pair of side wall sections 5, and bead sections 6. In filling air pressure into the safety tire in which the outer periphery of the air bladder 2 is located at an interval from the inner periphery of the tread section 4 in the grounding area of the tread section 4 in a loaded rolling state that the prescribed air pressure is filled into the tire 1 and the air bladder 2 respectively, the initial air pressure smaller than the prescribed air pressure is first filled into the tire 1, then the prescribed air pressure is filled into the air bladder 2, and the air pressure of the tire 1 is set to the prescribed air pressure, with the air bladder 2 expansively deformed.
