PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip thumbtack which enables displaying of a notice without hurting it when the notice is displayed using the thumbtack and safely houses the point of a pin of the thumbtack without exposing the point when the pin is not used. SOLUTION: The clip thumbtack is of such a construction that a push plate (4) with a pin hole (6) is connected to a pin base (2) having a pin (1) and a stopper (5) by means of a spring (3).
