PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive-bound book in which a magnetic material does not attract attention and it is suitable for mass production and a countermeasure to unjust carrying-out is applied and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: In the adhesive-bound book in which the text and a cover are bound with an adhesive, the adhesive-bound book in which an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a magnetic material consisting of a double structure of a magnetic layer with a high permeability/a low coercive force and the second magnetic layer with an intermediate permeability/a high coercive force are provided on the inside of the back cover is provided.
