PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a apparatus for winding a ceramic sheet material round wherein winding round operation can be surely carried out by a small effort and high quality stability over a long period of time can be maintained. SOLUTION: The ceramic sheet-winding apparatus 1 is provided in order to wind a ceramic sheet material 4 round a ceramic core material 3, and a pair of pressing jigs 13 and 14, a jig-driving means 15 and a load-applying means 16 are provided. A pair of the pressing jigs 13 and 14 are arranged by being separated under a state wherein mutual press surfaces are opposed to each other. The jig-driving means 15 moves either of the pressing jigs 13 and 14 in a direction horizontal with pressing surfaces 13a and 14b. The load- applying means 16 applies a load along a direction vertical to the pressing surfaces 13a and 14a. Elastic bodies 22 and 23 comprising rubber material are respectively arranged to both pressing surfaces 13a and 14a. A hardness of the second elastic body is <=40, and a hardness of the first elastic body 22 is >=50.
