PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit connection structure of endoscope in which an endoscope insertion portion can be reduced in diameter and air supply can quickly be switched to water supply and vice versa by sliding the position of the end a tube to which an air supply tube is connected in relation to the position of the end of a tube to which the water supply tube is connected and the length direction of a tube joint. SOLUTION: In the conduit connection structure of an endoscope, an air supply/water supply tube 62 is connected to an air supply tube 58 and a water supply tube 60 through a tube joint 90. The tube joint 90 is arranged in an insertion portion 16 and is made up of a main tube 92 and a branch tube 94. The branch tube 94 is provided in parallel with the main tube 92 and its end 94A is projected in relation to the end 92A of the main tube 92.
