PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-cleaning type flux composition which, even when left in electric and electronic apparatus, does not lower their insulating properties and further, whose active components are hard to be volatiled even when preheated. SOLUTION: This reduction type flux composition contains at least one kind selected from biguanide compounds expressed by the structural formulae (I) to (V) (wherein; R is an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an ester group or a biguanide group).
