PRODUCTION METHOD OF CLEAN BEAN SPROUT BY WATER-DIPPING AND LIGHT TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A production method of clean bean sprout by water-dipping and light treatment is provided to produce the clean bean sprout effectively without using agricultural chemicals. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing clean bean sprout comprises the steps of: dipping dried beans in water for 5 minutes, collecting the beans and storing them in a room for 40 minutes, and dipping the beans in water to remove floats therefrom; dipping the selected beans in water for 4.5 hours, collecting and irradiating red light to the beans together with aeration for 3 hours; and cultivating the beans in an incubator at 20 deg.C or less.
