PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the permeability of a liquid resin, which is infiltrated into a reinforcing base material, with respect to the reinforcing base material, in charging the reinforcing base material constituted of a synthetic resin fiber in a mold to perform injection molding. SOLUTION: A nonionic surfactant is preliminarily bonded to the reinforcing base material constituted of synthetic resin fibers (aramid fibers). When the reinforcing base material is a fabric or knitted fabric using yarns of the synthetic resin fibers, the nonionic surfactant is bonded to the reinforcing base material in an amount of 0.03-0.2% with respect to the mass of the reinforcing base material. When the reinforcing base material is felt of a nonwoven fabric formed by accumulating the synthetic resin fibers cut into a predetermined length or formed by the papermaking process of these fibers, the nonionic surfactant is added to the reinforcing base material in an amount of 0.08-0.2% with respect to the mass of the reinforcing base material. This reinforcing base material is housed in the mold and the liquid resin injected in the mold is infiltrated into the reinforcing material to be heated and cured. |
