PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder having a strip without loosening by using a common die when producing male and female coupling parts. SOLUTION: These coupling parts 1 comprise a pair of plate-like pieces 2A and 2B extended vertically in a staggered manner, and has a substantially U-shaped holding and engaging part 2Aa opened in one plate-like piece 2A locate on the lower side in its extending direction, and a pin-like engagement part 2Ba which is protruded from a lower surface of the other plate-like piece 2B located on the upper side and has a shape to be engaged with the holding and engaging part 2Ba. Ends of strip bodies are fitted to a pair of these coupling parts 1, and the strip bodies are coupled with each other by facing and engaging the plate-like pieces 2A and 2B of the coupling parts 1 and 1 with each other. The coupling parts 1 are formed of hard synthetic resin, and the ends of the strip bodies 4 are integrally molded with each other.
