PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bait-scattering tool capable of adjusting the amount of discharging scattering bait and hardly having a trouble of the entangling of a long snell. SOLUTION: An upper central shaft 2 is passed through a center hole 1b of an inner cylinder 1a of the upper cage 1 in which scattering bait is stored, and a position-controlling member 3 is screw-fitted to the upper central shaft 2 above the upper cage 1. A flexible central shaft 4 is connected to the lower side of the upper central shaft 2. Below the upper cage 1, a lower lid 5 is placed, and the flexible central shaft 4 is passed through a center hole 5b of an inner tube 5a of the lower lid 5 and a center hole 6a of a weight 6. The separation width H or h between the upper cage 1 and the lower lid 5 can be controlled by adjusting the position of the position-controlling member 3, and thus the amount of discharging the scattering bait can be easily adjusted.
