PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dough ball-rounding machine in which the rounding bars is made very simply exchangeable in a short time for the set-up rearrangement promptly adaptable to a variety of lots. SOLUTION: This dough ball-rounding machine A is for rounding a divided dough lump D into a certain shape and equipped with a conveyer 6 for conveying dough lumps D and a plurality of rounder bars arranged for rounding a dough lump and they are selectively switched and come into contact with the conveyer 6 by rotating one of the rounder bars. The rounder bars 1 comprises the first step rounder bars 1 (V) arranged on the front side and the second step rounder bars 1 (W). Since the rounder bar can be simply exchanged to another rounder bar, the time for set-up change can be shortened and becomes promptly adaptable to a variety of lots with the productivity largely improved.
