PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device constructing an air conditioning duct allowing easy assembly procedure and preferable in performance and appearance. SOLUTION: A roof trim 15 is attached on a vehicle body. Then a rising duct 9a is fitted in and connected to a rear end of a room duct 9b through a support member 21. A rising duct member 13 has a structure to be fitted in and connected to the roof duct 9b at an upper end part. When the rising duct member 13 is connected to the roof duct 9b, an end part positioned outside of the upper end part of the front end part of the rising duct member 13 gets into contact with an upper surface of the support member 21 (a roof panel side) at first, then with an inner surface of a roof duct member 16 constructing the roof duct 9a, and move along an inner surface of the roof duct 16 to establish a connection condition of the rising duct member 13 and the roof duct 9b.
