PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for molding a door trim with a door pocket under the retrenchment of a working installation, manufacturing manhour and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A prefabricated door pocket member 3 is fitted into the surface side of a skin material 1 with an insert 5 introduced into the space part of the door pocket member 3. Next, this skin material 1 is set inside a mold and an urethane liquid is injected into the mold so that it is hardened by chemical reaction. Thus the door trim integrally formed of an urethane base layer 9, the skin material 1 and the door pocket member 3 is molded.
