PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economically excellent system capable of directly and continuously granulating and solidifying a material with high water contents with high efficiency using a necessary amount of a solidifying agent. SOLUTION: The solidifying system for continuously granulating and solidifying the material (a) with high water content to be treated such as muddy water, sludge or the like, is equipped with a supply means 1 of the material (a) to be treated capable of adjusting a supply amount, at least one stirring feed means 9 or 10 capable of adjusting a feed amount and continuously stirring the material (a) to be treated to feed the same and charging means 13 and 14 of solidifying materials A and B for continuously granulating and solidifying the stirred and fed material (a) to be treated. The charging amounts of the solidifying materials A and B by the charging means 13 and 14 can be adjusted and the solidifying materials A and B are charged on the feed start end side of the stirring feed means 9 and 10.
