PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform the adjustment of a tension measuring unit in regard to a corrugated fin manufacturing apparatus used for a heat exchanger such as a radiator and the like. SOLUTION: The corrugated fin manufacturing apparatus is provided with tension giving units 19 and 21 giving tension to fin material 13 that is arranged in the upstream-side and downstream side of a slit working unit 11 and that is separated in two rows, the tension measuring unit 27 measuring tension of fin material 13 separated in two rows and a corrugating unit 29 corrugating fin material 13 that is arranged in the downstream-side of the tension measuring unit 27. The tension measuring unit 27 is provided with a main body portion 41 measuring the tension of the fin material 13 separated in two rows and a rotatably moving means 45 capable of rotatably moving the main body portion 41 against a base 43.
