PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying container for emergency such as an earthquake suitable for taking out food and water in a refuge and capable of storing and carrying a larger quantity of food, drinking water and other kind of materials, to be carried, and storing only a large quantity of drinking water after settling in the refuge. SOLUTION: A box-like container 1 for storing water is provided with a lid 2 for putting in and out emergency rations, and the lower part thereof is provided with a drain port 4 in which a faucet is removably provided. The container is provided with a shoulder belt 12 and an emergency lamp13 lighted on sensing power failure.
