PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant supplying device capable of certainly supplying and stopping coolant, preventing failure by a simple structure, and having high reliability. SOLUTION: This coolant supplying device comprises a coolant chamber 111 provided on a tool rest main body 130 and storing coolant supplied from a supplying source; a mobile element 113 normally energized to one side by the pressure of the coolant stored in the coolant chamber 111; a coolant supplying hole 114a formed on the mobile element 113, closing an opening portion to the coolant chamber 113 when the mobile element 113 moves to one side, and opening the opening portion to the coolant chamber 111 when the mobile element 113 moves to the other side; and a pressing means 162 pressing the mobile element 113 to the other side against the pressure of the coolant and supplying the coolant from the coolant chamber 11 to a turret surface plate 160.
