PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating device for a shampooing apparatus capable of coping with the height of a shampooing person and the respective heights of persons to be shampooed. SOLUTION: The shampooing apparatus having a bowl part where shampooing is performed by the shampooing person a shampoo chair 40 which is connected to the shampooing device detachably via a chair supporting rod 21 for the person to be shampooed to sit in and a frame support structure part 30 are included. A bowl elevating/lowering mechanism 10 for elevating/lowering the part 1 is provided on the upper side of the part 30, and a chair elevating/ lowering mechanism 20 for elevating/lowering the chair 40 is provided on the lower/front side of the part 30.
