PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning composition for meat processing, improved in sweetness-permeability to meat compared with that of a conventional one, capable of giving neat sweetness to meat, imparting a soft palate feeling to meat, and the saltiness of which is softened, and to provide a method for producing meat processed food. SOLUTION: This seasoning composition for meat processing contains an acesulfame potassium, and the other objective method for producing meat processed food is characterized by comprising making the acesulfame potassium permeate meat. |
