PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing roof for vehicle capable of damping the vibration of the vehicle body and reinforcing the roof, serving also as a support for accessories such as grip, parasol, etc., and also functioning as ornamental elements for inside the vehicle. SOLUTION: The soundproofing roof for vehicle forms a single unit attached directly to the vehicle body 1 by adhesives, wherein the vehicle is equipped with a roof including a self-supported liner 3, damping element 4, and a flexible element 5 installed between these 3 and 4 and forming a single unit by joining them together, and the unit is attached to the vehicle body 1 by adhesives 6 through the free surface of the damping element 4.
