PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and economically obtain both a base fabric for lamination and a laminated base fabric, in which the same is suitable for an extra width interior finishing base fabric having >=2 m width and being laminated by a highly foamed resin of expansion ratio not smaller than 10 times and delamination strength from the interior finishing base fabric is raised. SOLUTION: A fiber aggregate layer 11 is laminated on a foamed resin layer 12, in which foaming is performed with expansion ratio not smaller than 10 times, and the fiber (21) is inserted into the foamed layer 12 by needle punching and a fluffed layer 21 is formed on the surface of the foamed resin layer 12. The base fabric 22 for lamination (a first base fabric) of a two layers- laminated structure, in which the fiber aggregate layer 11 and the foamed resin layer 12 are united, is prepared. The fluffed layer 21 of the base fabric 22 for lamination is directed to a second base fabric 13 and both the first base fabric 22 and the second base fabric 13 are laminated by an adhesive 23.
