PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a net-like sheet having small openings and a thin thickness. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the net-like sheet comprises the steps of supplying a molten resin to a surface having a plurality of protrusions arranged in a predetermined pattern of a thermoplastic resin film integral with a support of a thermoplastic resin on one side surface of the support, laminating so that gaps between the protrusions are filled with the resin, forming a sheet having the openings corresponding to the protrusions by cooling the molten resin, and peeling the sheet from the film having the protrusions to thereby form the net-like sheet.
