PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for molding a door trim with a speaker grille under the retrenchment of a working installation, manufacturing manhour and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The prefabricated speaker grille member 3 is fitted to the surface side of a skin material 1, which is, in turn, set in the bottom force 6 of a reaction injection molding die. This bottom force 6 is clamped by a top force 7 having a projecting part 18 which comes into contact with the skin material 1a at a region where the acoustic through holes 3a of the speaker grille member 3 are formed when the bottom force 6 is clamped and cutting blades 19, mounted on the projecting part 18, which cut the skin material 1a around the region of the acoustic through holes 3a of the speaker grille member 3. Consequently, the skin material 1a around the region of the acoustic through holes 3a of the speaker grille member 3 is cut by the cutting blade 19 and an urethane liquid is injected into the molding die. Thus an urethane base layer 9, the skin material 1 and the speaker grille member 3 are molded in one piece by the hardening of the urethane liquid through chemical reaction.
