PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress transmission of vibration to an electric motor. SOLUTION: This impact tool comprises a rotational driving source 2, a driving shaft 4 to transmit a rotating force by the rotational driving source 2, a hammer 9 rotationally driven by the driving shaft 4 and movable in a shaft direction, an anvil 15 engaged with the hammer 9 in the shaft direction, an energizing spring 10 for energizing the hammer 9 toward the anvil 15 side, and a positioning member 8 rotationally supporting the driving shaft 4 and radially positioning the rotational driving source 2, in a separated state from the motor in the shaft direction.
