SOLUTION: This cutting device for a fixture comprises a base 1 receiving the fixture 63 such as a structure or the like, an operating member 2 mounted on the base 1 and movable approximately in the axial direction of the fixed tool, a moving member 6 moved in the approximately radial direction of the fixed tool by the movement of the operating member 2, and a cutting blade 8 to which the cutting force is applied by the moving member 6.
