PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency by simultaneously cutting plural long materials. SOLUTION: Two long materials 11 having ring parts 2 at their both ends are vertically overlapped to each other, and upper parts of the ring parts 2 of the lower long material are abutted on circular arc-shaped recessed faces 16 of engagement projecting parts 15 downwardly projected from the ring parts 2 of the upper long material. The long materials are placed on a supporting base 8 in this state, and pressed from an upper part by a pressing member 9, whereby the skidding of the upper and lower long materials 11 can be prevented, and they can be fixed in a stable state to be simultaneously cut.
