摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing method by which brazing is easily performed and the brazed part is hard to be remelted even by heating after that. SOLUTION: A base metal 2 and a seal block 3 are joined by a brazing part 5. In order that the base metal 2 and the seal block 3 are brazed, first, the seal block 3 is fit into the recessed part 4 of the base metal 2. Next, the composition of brazing fillar metal is applied on the side walls of the seal block 3. The base metal 2 and the seal block 3 are heated to 1,200 deg.C under approximate vacuum. Then, the powder of the brazing fillar metal in the composition of the brazing fillar metal melts and flows into the gap between the base metal 2 and the seal block 3. The brazing fillar metal is solidified by cooling and the brazed part 5 is formed. The composition of the brazing fillar metal is obtained by mixing mixed powder and a binder. The mixed powder contains the powder of the brazing fillar metal and the powder of a high melting point metal having a liquids line at higher temperature than that of this brazing fillar metal.
