摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that short shots and burrs and easily generated in the injection molding of light metal, and an injection condition for molding a molded product of excellent quality cannot be easily set. SOLUTION: This injection molding die comprises molten metal flow passages 15, 18, 19, 14 and 20 through which the molten metal fed from a molding machine flows, a molding cavity 14 of a predetermined shape formed on the downstream side of the molten metal low passages 15, 18, 19, 14 and 20, and a pressure sensor 23 for detecting the pressure in the molten metal flow passage 20 on the downstream side of the molding cavity 14. The metal to be molded is heated to the semi-solidified condition or the molten condition in which the solid phase and the liquid phase are coexistent, the molten metal of the heated metal to be molded is injected into the molding cavity 14 formed in the dies 12 and 13, the pressure in the molten metal flow passage 20 on the downstream side of the molding cavity 14 formed in the dies 12 and 13 is detected, and the injection speed of the molten metal is set based on the pressure change in the molten metal flow passage 20.
