RICE WASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate rice subjected to rice washing together with bran and to more easily take the rice out of a rice housing container of a rice polisher which removes the bran on the surfaces of the rice. SOLUTION: A prescribed amount of the rice is fed into the rice housing container 2 and a rice washing process step is started by driving a rotary vane 4 freely rotatably disposed within the rice housing container 2 by a driving means. When the rice washing process step ends, a rice discharging process step is automatically started and the rice is guided downward of a rice discharging door 9 by a rice discharging means 10 arranged on the side wall of the rice housing container 2, by which the rice is discharged from the rice housing container 2.
