PURPOSE: A boiler system supplying steam and hot water for public bath is provided to reduce fuel expenses and to efficiently use latent heat in steam. CONSTITUTION: A boiler system comprises a valve(112); a branch pipe(120); a phase converter(130); a heat exchange pipe(140); a steam collecting pipe(150); and a steam delivery pipe(160). The valve is installed on a steam circulation pipe(110) connecting a sauna room(50) with a condensed water tank(60). The branch pipe is branched before the valve of the steam circulation pipe and has another valve(124) installed. The phase converter is installed on an end of the branch pipe to convert steam into water. The heat exchange pipe make fluid discharged from the phase converter exchange heat in a hot water tank(90) and circulate to the condensed water tank. The steam collecting pipe has a valve(152) installed to circulate steam discharged from the phase converter to the condensed water tank. The steam delivery pipe has a valve(162) installed to directly deliver a part of steam supplied to a header(40) to the phase converter.
